How do i install a heater core on a 2000 Chevy Malibu?

i own a repair shop,and first you have to drain the coolant out,and then remove the hoses from the out side of it,them come inside of the car and you may have to lower the hater box down on it to get it out,,if not sometimes there is an access panel you can remove to gain access to the heater core ,other wise you may have to lower the whole heater box down on it to gain access to it,they can be really hard to do sometimes,,good luck i hope this help,s.
