Could work, I'm not gonna try. But if it did, it would indeed show up in a breathilizer. Your blood-alcohol content or BAC is whats measured. When your blood enters your lungs to refill on oxygen, it release alcohol into the lungs, the high the BAC, the more that is released, and hence the drunker you are.
Just some FYI, most states allow a BAC of .008% Meaning .008 percent of your blood is alcohol. To reach this amount drink about 3 beers or shots of 80 proof. Also, if you hit .040 you're legally deceased. Not to say you can't surpass that and live tho. It's been done.

- good call. That is what i was thought. already know the legaly drunk and dead stuff though.
.40% is legal deceased.
BAC is based on your metabolism, heart rate, oxygen flow, time, and amount of alcohol ingested.
Most people are effected differently by alcohol consumption, so 3 shots =/=.08% for everyone.
.40 has been surpassed but rare.
