- Press control + F11 when the dell loading screen comes up and select start up in safe mode.0% 0 Votes
- As it starts up press F5 repeatedly, this will bring up a boot menu, and choose to boot in safe mode. If F5 doesn't work try F8.0% 0 Votes
- when your comp. turns on continue pressing f12 or f2 until a menu comes up. then go to boot in safe mode and press enter0% 0 Votes
