Nelle Harper Lee was born on April 28, 1926, in Monroeville, Alabama, a sleepy small town similar in many ways to Maycomb, the setting of To Kill a Mockingbird. Like Atticus Finch, the father of Scout, the narrator and protagonist of To Kill a Mockingbird, Lee’s father was a lawyer. Among Lee’s childhood friends was the future novelist and essayist Truman Capote, from whom she drew inspiration for the character Dill.

I managed to find the e-book, the subtitles for the movie, and the cliff notes by searching for "kill mockingbird" with DC++. DC++ is a peer to peer application that is free to download from the following site:

I should note: I do not recommend downloading or distributing copywrited material because it is illegal.

I don't know where you could find the full text, but spark notes ( http://www.sparknotes.com/lit/mocking ) might help some... I don't know where you live, but some public libraries have an online system that will allow you to download audiobooks. Sorry I couldn't find anything else. Best of luck!

Probably nowhere, as it's still under copyright.
It's not on Project Gutenberg.
I just checked my favorite online bookseller, and they don't have any e-books of To Kill a Mockingbird, either. (And this particular seller has a big stock of e-books quite cheap.)
You are probably stuck with getting hardcopy. Any all-night used bookstores in your 'hood?
