I don't think you can download the updated navteq info from anywhere. That's the kicker regarding the OEM navi units with proprietary software, that have you captive to coming back to them for those "expensive" CDs. Either the dealer or NAVTEQ directly ($129/disc on their web site), or you can probably save more per disc by going through Ebay at about half price.
