Question... does wild growth hair oil really make hair grow fast?

im planning to let grow long but i want braids in about three months or so.... does this oil help at all.... my hair is currently about half an inch

Its not the oil that makes your hair grow.To promote hair growth you need to stimulate your scalp by brushing it for 20 minutes or so at night,this brings the blood to the surface as well as clears debris that may be clogging the hair follicle.
