Has Albuterol asthma inhaler been taken off the market?

Yes & No.... I'll explain.
The Albuterol MDI is on national allocation because of HFC.
Which is the aerosol repellent now banned by the FDA.
So they are limiting the amount each supplier can have until the NEW non repellent versions are available.
Nation wide availability unknown.

Thanx to everyone for responding. I read in U.S. paper Albuterol was being phased out several months ago. I cannot get it in the country where I live and there are no U.S. doctors here.
