Has any one used Herbalife ShapeWorks Quick start?

I used quick start about 5 years ago when my mother in law was selling it. I lost a bit if weight, but as soon as I was done taking it, I gained it all plus extra back. I go to the gym now and that is the only thing that truly keeps me healthy!!

My father sold Herbalife products as a home based business. It's just like any other diet plan. Low carbs....high protein....shakes, bars, tea....i think it's just a money diet scheme.
