How much does it cost to dig a residential well in the Blue Ridge Mountains?

Are the costs of installing water, electric, septic exorbitant (understanding that being on the pinnacle of a mountain isn't cheap)? Is there a guide somewhere that gives an idea of height/distance generalities related to installation of water and power lines?

The deeper you go - the more it will cost you. Most deep wells will run at least $30,000 if not more.
