I don't know that there is a solvent. I'd try putting them in boiling water or pouring boiling water over them to see if you can soften the glue enough to get them apart. Once they are apart you can pick the hardened glue off.

I've read that Bestine(rubber cement thinner) would work although I've not tried it. I'm currently trying acetone I'll report back if that works.

    The glue will soften again if heated. If you can, just press the tip of the hot glue gun against the glue and pull apart.

    And, since hot glue isn't a great adhesive on ceramics (especially if theyare glazed), you may be able to pull then apart cold, assuming they aren't too fragile.
