Set goals. Start small. Ex: Tomorrow, I am going to jog for 1 block. Slowly increase your goals. You will actually begin to feel better about yourself as you do this. What do you really want? To earn more money? To lose weight? To go back to school? Start working toward those goals be taking a few steps every day and increasing them over time.

get motivated, make a list of things you would like to do and need to do, cut them out and fold them up, put them in a cup and each day take one out and do it. If it is the weekend do 2 or 3 of them, you just need to be motivated.

Start by finding something you don't mind doing and do it for only 15min. or once a week. Work in new things you like or have never done before but only for a short time to start off with. You should work your way up to being an active person in no time.
