The vow in its entirety is:

Mangalyam thanthuna nena
Mamajeevana hetuna
Kante badhrani shubage
Thwam deeya sharadam shubam.

It basically means that by tying the "mangalyam" (sacred thread) around her neck, the husband is entwining his life with his wife's.

its Mangalyan thanthuna navajeevana hethuna

it means for nine lives I wish to spend my life with you and so on..... there is no mamajeevana here which means our life. instead of nine life
