In Irish, the sentence structure is verb, subject and then object so it cannot be literally translated, which I think the previous answerer is doing from a dictionary. An adjective comes after a noun so the translation of 'It's a beautiful life is:
'Is saol breá é'

Broken down the translation for each of these words:
Is; affirmative (is)
Saol: life
Breá: beautiful
é: it
