What is the best inexpensive vacuum to buy?

My vacuum just died and I need to get a new one. I have 3 pets so I'd like one that does well with animal hair. Is there a good inexpensive vacuum out there that picks up stuff like animal here good???

Don't buy a cheap1. Cheap vacums don't have enough sucction power and they will break down. I had a 30$ model for my room but it couldn't clean the dust of my carpet thoroughly. I suggest you buy a Phillips or Electorlux at about 90-120$.

There is a rating for the cleaning power of the vacuum. Compare ratings to price. I have an inexpensive hoover and a Eureka(Hepa) that clean just fine,
