Yes it does happen in real life, but some women do it far more readily than others. To a certain extent it depends on the level and type of stimulation - I believe that really intense G-spot orgasms are more likely to result in squirting than less intense orgasms. I don't think the liquid is urine - it doesn't look or smell or taste like it - but I don't know what it is. Maybe something analogous to the thin liquid that males produce.

It is not piss, it is female ejaculate. Not all women squirt. To get a woman to do that, you should stimulate the G-spot to the point of orghasm, but it is not sure she will squirt.

It's true that some women are gushers and some are more like seepers. My husband and his friend was talking about it one time because the first time they were with a woman and she " gushed" on them they both thought the same thing,,,, that they had been pissed on. Honestly I'm glad I'm not one of those women. It kind of sounded gross from the way they described it, and both of them said they didn't care for it very much. They both opted for a seeper. :)
