There is no true fool proof method, and anyone that tries to sell you one is trying to rip you off.

I would recommend you use an SEO copywriter, a good one will write real articles about your website that contain a certain percentage of key words so that search engines pick up on it.
Bad SEO writers just jumble up a bunch of key words which can get your site banned from search engines.
