In Latin "castor" means twin brother, "gemellus" means a twin, "geminus" (gemini means twins) means twin or a double, pollux means the twin brother of Castor (Castor and Pollux - Gemini).

I have given the link for the Greek translation. I hope this helps.

I would not recommend using "castor" to mean a twin.
Without the capital letter it means a beaver!

Gemellus - twin (for poetic usage in Latin)
Geminus - male twin (prose usage)
    Gemina - female twin

    Ancient Greek version
    διδυμος (didumos ) male twin
    διδυμη (didume ) female twin

In English script you can also write it as didymos, didyme
