The best way is to practice with trusted American friends who will help you with your English.
Most Chinese speak English with a Chinese accent and is very hard to change completely.
Listen to American movies, tv shows, radio, etc to improve. After constant hearing it, it will get better.
Good Luck!

Thank you for even trying. If you can master it perhaps you can teach the African Americans to speak english instead of that ghetto talk they talk.

This takes a long time and a lot of determination. Watch more international news (CNN, BBC, Sky) and other TV programmes and listen to how things are said. Get a dictionary that has phonetics to aid proper pronunciation (Oxford is good). Try not to sound too American or British in your speaking. It can be done. All the best.

reform your syntax and your sentence conjugation. These are the things that set languages apart more than the obvious word differences. Pay closer attention not to what the words mean (which you probably already know) but how they are put together. This is where most ESL (english as second language) users show their novice.
