What Safety Precautions Should I Take When Using A Fuel Cell With My Battery Relocated In My Trunk?

What are some recommendations / racing rules regarding batteries mounted close to a fuel cell? Other than a sealed battery box.

My car isn't going to be a drag car, but it will be run a few times just to see #'s, so I want it legal to run a 1/4 mile.

It's a 72 Datsun 240Z With a Chevy 350. Not that it matters much.

Thanks in advance for the help.

First make sure your fuel cell is vented to the outside with a ball valve in it in case you roll over. Secondly make sure your battery box is secured and vented also. Hope I have been helpful.
