Are the Wolverine, Iron Man and Captain America 12" action figures, gonna be released at local retailers?

I am pretty sure that toy biz is doing their usual distribution with the Marvel Legends Icons. Which means they should appear at area retailers, probably Toys'R'US first. Walmart is having back order with their exclusive line, and Kmart tends to be a little slow about getting stuff. Depends when your local Target gets stuff if they will have it or not. Toy Biz has awful distribution problems, and areas get toys at completely different times. That is why after this year they will no longer make marvel toys, as the contract went to Hasbro.

They are at Toys R' Us I believe, but you cannot find them there go to Marvel.com and you can order them there.

You have to order online for those figures or check the Comic Book Stores or Specialty Shops in your area if they're available.
