Mushrooms in blue ridge, GA?

Question

I would like to know of what type of mushrooms i should expect to find here in northern ga. All comments and info would help! Thank you.

Are you talking about wild mushrooms?If so, I am from Massachusetts and am a member of a mushroom club.We hunt wild mushrooms,identify them,discuss them,and have loads of fun doing it.My advice is to go to your local bookstore and get a book put out by the Audobaun Society called Mushrooms of North America.It's a pocket sized book with over 700 different varities of mushrooms.Also check for any mushroom clubs in your area.There is ususlly one in evey state.It's a very interesting hobby.Good Luck.You may contact me for further info.
