Can spray on radiant barrier be done on roof that has wooden shingles overlayed with composite shingles?

The temperature increase in the shingles from the radiant barrier application is well below the ignition point of wooden shingles.

Think of it this way, if the temperature increase was so high that it wasn't safe for application on wood, it couldn't be used at all.
