This question has gone six days without an answer. You need to look up a medical appliance store. These retail outlets specialize in medical equipment such as crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, slings, braces, etc.. They also sell raised toilet seats. They are inexpensive and should be readily available. This item might also be available at your local pharmacy, or at least they should be able to tell you where to get one.
