How do I get my Glass Hummingbird feeder to stop dripping?

The feeder holds about 8 oz of fluid. It hangs upside down with a rubber stopper and a plastic feeding tube stuck through the stopper. It seems to be affected by changes in temperature - the temps here range from 80-100 F in the summer.

High temps will bubble the sugar water inside the feeder & it'll drip out the feeder ports. Perhaps you could move the feeder to underneath a low tree branch or somewhere where it is in the shade all day.
