I'm JUST KIDDING. From everything I've heard, not only is it not harmful but it is actually healthy and natural. If you want some official answers you should go to a website that talks medically about such issues....sexuality, growing up, etc.
Don't let people make you feel bad about your feelings!

    Not only is it not harmful but is is a healthy thing and anyone that tells you otherwise is an idiot.

    Why is it healthy?

    1. Well..first of all, it's a great stress reliever.
    2. It can't make you sick or a daddy before your time.
    3. You can begin to learn to control your orgasm, lasting longer and longer so you will be a better lover when the time comes.
    4. You may be better able to wait for sex.

    Our bodies crave sex just as we crave food, air and water. We are biological beings that were meant to reproduce.

    However uncontrolled sexual activity has tons of very ugly problems. Masturbation can relieve that need without putting any other aspect of your life or health at risk.

    So spank that monkey and do it often. Don't let it become an obsession but it is my understanding that most young males do it alot.

    And clean up after yourself. Your mamma doesn't want to find that mess!

    No! It is a myth that:
    a) your hand will fall off,
    b) your penis will fall off, or
    c) you will go blind.

    None of these will happen. Masterbating was long considered dangerous, but crossing a main street today is far more dangerous!

    Only if you cause an irritation (similar to a rug burn). Otherwise no. Much better to do this than other things. If you can, see what your parent's views on this are on this subject. They may surprise you in a good way.

    No, not unless you do it a lot and your schlong starts to chaff or something. Don't worry about it being "morally wrong," as that doesn't really make any sense. Touching yourself affects nobody besides you, so do what you want.
