What is the best way to pass a breathalyzer when you have been drinking alcohol?

Why does everyone think that I mean when I am driving and not to drive drunk. I dont drive drunk it is a question on a Brethalyzer not on drinking and driving. You can get a Brethalyzer while not driving a motor vehicle. So all you haters should shut the Fuc* up about not drinking and driving.

Don't drink and drive, smoke a joint instead. It won't show up on any breathalyzer.

Don't drink... there is no real way to "pass" it if you have been drinking.
1 true fact- You can refuse to take the breathalyzer test, you'll get arrested but if you have been drinking it's better to refuse it. This way in court- the cops have no "real" proof you have been drinking.

Okay, SOME breathalizers, when you are breathing, will reset if you suddenly increase the pressure of your exhail - it will assume you burped and thus the alcohol level would not be accurate.

The second best thing to do is walk straight, talk straight, and REFUSE to take it.

the one i heard is that you gargle some mouth wash and explain that your wife goes mad if you have been smoking and you have just used mouth wash to hide you smokey breath. this will explain the high alcohol reading. but if you drink and drive you are the most stupidest man alive.

Well, I hate to tell you but myths are just that MYTHS. Basically you can't beat it, unless of course the machine is broken. And that isn't likely. Your best bet may to be just refuse the breath test as well as the blood test. If the officer goes to give you a field sobreity tell him/her that you'd rather not even try. Less evidence against you in court. Then it would come down to him/her saying what exactly they saw that made them stop you. NOW if you were involved in some kind of accident that'll be another story.

Do you want some cold hard facts? ok, here are a few:

1) There is absolutely NO way to "fool" a breathalyzer. It's a proven fact. You can try all the little burp tricks, mustard, pennies, dog crap, whatever...they don't work.
2) If you don't drink and drive in the first place, then you don't have to worry about it.
3) If you DO drink and drive, you are an idiot, and I hope they throw the book at you for being so stupid.
4) My grandmother was killed, and my aunt was nearly killed as well, by a drunk driver who thought he could handle it.

Don't be an idiot and grow up. If you have to get drunk, take a cab.

Hyperventilate yourself with deep breathing technique, hope you have time before your tested. It worked for my friend but he rode to the jail in the back of the cop car before they tested him! But I agree with the rest,dont drink and drive Dumbass! I hate alcohol and people that drink it, someone above had a better idea smoke weed instead, never heard of killing anybody driving and smoking , maybe a ticket for driving too slow!

This is a stupid idea, you shouldn't be drinking and driving. One way though to beat the breathalyzer though is not really beating it. You'll still end up with a drinking in public charge for this one, but then the cops can't prove you were drunk while driving. If you're stopped and know you're going to be caught, keep a bottle of rum or vodka with you. Turn off your car, throw the keys out the window, and then make sure the officer sees you drink your bottle of liquor down. Voila, drinking in public fine for sure but they cannot charge you with DUI.

there isnt any. i remember that mtv had done something like this and asked people to see what they said but it was nonsense stuff but they conclude that there isnt any methods.
