Currently living in AZ and want to move to Austin TX-Husband is in IT, looking for nice house for 400K?

We are looking to move to Austin and want to know the best place to move to. Kids go to a private christian school and we want a house that is not too far from the IT businesses in Austin where my husband will likely work. Please help us find the best place to live with good schools, quiet, clean neighborhoods and luxury houses that don't cost more than 400K

Hell we just moved to Dallas getting a 5 bedroom 3 car garage 4.5 baths a 10k sq ft lot new built home for 275k

My advice to you. Move there first rent look around get to know the areas then decide on where to buy a house. Theres a building boom here in Texas so buy a nice new house do it up the way you want and still pay less than 400k.

BTW that price ceramic tiles , wood floors , sistone counter tops 42 inch cabinets etc etc
