I'm in search of the perfect chocolate bar. I'm trying to find the best, most creamy, most delicious chocolate bar out there. What do you think is the best chocolate bar and why?

Must chocolate connoisseurs will steer you towards a dark chocolate made with the rare, but very delicious criollo cacao bean. There are several types of criollo beans Chuao, Porcelana, Ocumare, etc. You simply won't find these in a traditional grocery store.

As for a favorite, their are so many. But some suggestions:

Amedei Chuao
Domori Porcelana, Puertomar, or Puertofino
Michel Cluize Los Ancones

There is no 'best' bar. Its only a matter of preference. For me, it's the good ole fashioned Hershey's Bar.

I personally think that Snicker's is way up there. Nuts, caramel, chocolate - a great combo. My other favorite was the Marathon Bar, which was a weaved, chocolate covered caramel that really stuck to your teeth.
