Has anyone had problems with roof shingles coming off their new home?

They began building my home in 2001 and I closed january, 2002. I lost Atlas Pinnacle 30 year dimensional shingles twice. They just fall off as if they never sealed in certain areas.

contact the builder/contractor. these shingles have a 30 yr pro-rated warranty. then find out where they were bought, go to the sales office and tell them u want the sales rep for this shingle to come to ur house and see the problem.
