How would you make money out of 2 acres of grassland?

This is a mile off the main road and comes with a house. It was used to keep a horse in by the previous owner. I am about to buy it and would like an idea to make money from it. I have thought of keeping animals or growing something, but what would be the most lucrative?

Build a small house on it and let people hire it.

Grow your own food on it! In the begining it will cost a lott but after a while it will come out cheeper than going to the supermarket.

It's your land an money, do what you want to do with it.
