Can a teacher fail a student if that student constantly needs to use the restroom?

Yes. I would fail the student unlesss they had a doctors excuse.

Unless they had a doctor excuse, I wouldn't allow them to go all the time. If this is a college professor, I would certainly put a stop to it even if it means telling the student not to come back if they leave in the middle of class. It's disruptive and not necessary. If the teacher can hold their bladder, the students can, too.

nope, teacher should suggest the student to wear a diaper and if the student fails to do so , then I would fail him, because obviously he doesn't care about fixing his problem, so why should I?

only if there is an attendence policy but the student can easily get a doctors note for this ailment. I think if the teacher is basing his grade on his attendence then it must be affecting his mark.
