There should be a "C" clip holding them on, DO NOT use fix a flat.... its caustic to steel, you'd be much better off with a tube or slime tire sealant. Once you get the tire/rim off, you'll have to take crowbar (flat head screwdriver might work) and pop the tire off the rim. If the leak is slow, I'd opt for slime.

if the tire does not have a puncture: take the whole wheel and tire off the tractor and push it with your hand to reshape it on the wheel add a little air to make it firm and then use a can of FIX A FLAT. Make sure that you bounce or wheel the tire around after so that the FIX A FLAT will be applied evenly in the tire.

My John Deere has a cap over the axel end. Remove it and then take off snap ring, remove the tire.

these tires are tubeless, so you only need to invest in a tire repairt kit. you will push a gooey string into the hole with a metal rod,, this is what the repair shop will do so save yourself some bucks!
