This really depends on the person. You may be lactose intolerant, then try mixing the shake with soy milk. If you feel nauseous after taking the supplements, try "Herbal Aloe Drink". Consult with your distributor, or print out the product label for the products and show the ingredient list to your physician. check with your doctor or nutritionist show them the ingredients. i saw herbalife years ago they had 2 ingredients that have now been banned from use in the usa. i can only guess they still found a way to put natural speed in it. if you have any heart problems be very careful.

I started to take herbalife last July. In 3 months, I lost 10 lbs. I am 5'3" tall and weigh 100Lbs now. My health situation has changed in fact, not easily get sick as before. And the Aloe Drink is good. It helps digestion and contains amino acids that are required by human body.
