Is cephalexin a human antibiotic used for dogs or is it exclussively a canine antibiotic?

It sounds like a human antibiotic, but not sure if your spelled it correctly. even if it's the same thing, the dosage would need to be different or it would be useless. don't take it yourself. that's not how antibiotics work. :)

Cephalexin is the generic form of Anmoxicillin.

It is prescribed to people and animals.

nope its for people too. keflex. a drug for mammals i guess. doesnt work on viruses - only bacterial infections

It isn't generic for Amoxicillan it is the generic form of Keflex. It is an antibiotic prescribed for people and dogs (in much different doses).
