Does anyone think that the bill of rights is still used and if it is unfair?

Hello, I am doing this research paper for my final exams at the end of my 8th grade year. I really have to do 3 but this is one of my topics. I need as many as responces as possible. So if you would please respond with sensible answers, I would really appreciate it. Also while I'm here, do you think that the driving age should be lowered and if astronomy is worth the time, money and effort? Thanks so much!!!!!!!

It's definitely still used - do you know what is in the Bill of Rights? Our freedoms of religion, speech, freedom and press, the right to bear arms, and the right not to incriminate yourself for starters. Americans still use those all the time. I can't think of anything in the Bill of Rights that's unfair.

I do not think the driving age should be lowered.

I don't know how much time, effort and money goes into astronomy, so I can't really give an opinion.

The bill of rights is still used, it is a part of our law, people refer to it a lot to why they are allowed to use things, or why they are not forced to do things. however it is unfair because the government kind of crossed the line into patriot act.. but they have all the excuses.. but it is still used.
the driving age should not be lowered, i believe that it should be increased, because of needing permission of parents, it becomes unfair. also because we are such drunks are druggies that we arnt always good.. even though tons of older people are too.
astronomy is not currently worth the time, it was worth it back in the cold war, because we had to out do the communist.. lol, but now; it should really be waited until we have better technology, so that we can get something important done, besides studying mars, or some dumb other planet/satelite.

I think the bill of rights is a moderately fair document. And no I think the driving age should not be lowered and astronomy is a art/science that has been used by the Ancient Greeks and Romans.
