Men or women make better leaders?

i dont think that neither women nor men is the best..both of them have their own qualities which are not the same..they both are needed each other to make things perfect because of their inequalities...

Under equal opportunity I believe they both have the ability to lead with their own strengths. And yet, in light of this question I also have to say that I believe a woman has the skills necessary to persue an issue with more force than a man on the basis that a woman is usually the last to let anything go, be it the last word or a fruitful debate. And when in doubt, a woman will fight with everything in her to prove she is right when a man will walk away with the belief he is right and leave it at that.

men have more of a commanding presence in general in my opinion and that makes them more charismatic in my opinion. I find men easier to follow, but women tend to be more compassionate and easier to work with on some things.

Men were given the role of leadership by God. This is not to say that there are not some women who have risen to the occassion and made great leaders. But it is only because we live in a fallen world that it is this way. Women were created to be helpmates to the man, not slaves too, but assistants too; therefore using their talents and gifts to ensure his leadership as quality leadership.

i don't think its about being a man or a woman in order to be a better leader ... the better leader is who have the qualification to be better .. no matter anything else including race or origin or color or religion :)

Good Question!!! Well It wont make much differance if women/men becomes political leaders or come in power....bcoz greeed, jealosy, ego prob- these things are both in men n women. We can get a better world only when ppl stop being selfish.
