Why are all the avatars attractive?

Where are all the ugly and/or fat avatars? If they're used to reflect what we look like why do they all look perfect?

Sometimes they are true sometimes they are not.People love to have a dream image.It's not bad it just doesn't reflect on who you are.

i kind of agree with you. but there are avatars out there that look really weird in my opinon. the eyes, the way people dress them, no offense to the people out there. and i have seen that people, one moment they're avatar is a girl, then it'll be a boy. or it's a boy and the people say that they are a girl.

I actually tried to match it as closely as possible to how I look and dress. Sadly, not so good of a job.

if they made ugly or fat avatars...no one would use them...but even so i've seen some ugly avatars haha

Because they don't have any kind of ugliness, be it of either physical or psychological or behavioral.
They possess amazingly convincing beauties in themselves.

People may be honest to try and match it up the best they can, or choose one that represents what they wish they looked like! Hey, it's the web, there's always room for a bit of dishonesty :-)

first off, they don't make em unattractive; even if you want to, you can't get an overweight body or wrinkles!

But also, alot of people are right up there, people want to be admired over the web, they want others to like them, and so they're gonna pick something that looks attractive whether it looks like them or not.

Me, I just had fun! Although I tried to make it as close to me as I could, you have to realize- it's a cartoon anyway, and it's never gonna look like me! ...my eyes are NOT that big! :-D
