How can we stop crows plaguing our small garden?

for the last 2 weeks crows have been frightening small birds from feeding in garden.

Tie plastic grocery bags to stakes (like windsocks) around garden. Looks tacky but works. Or, smaller plastic bags in pretty colors are avail., too. However, it'll scare the other birds. I agree with feeders for other birds.

Try a scarecrow....or netting over the top. Smaller birds will probably still go into the garden by getting underneath as they fly low generally.

kill a crow and hang it from a nearby post or put tin cans close to each plant it will blind them and scare them off

Your best bet for this is putting up
some bird feeders away from the area
you are trying to protect. Some cheap
corn will do the trick.

I agree that netting is probably the best idea crows are quite brazen and tend ignore scare crows after they learn that they can't be harmed. if that doesn't work ,by a pellet gun one that will shoot metal b-bees not lead pellets!hanging a dead crow will only do one thing .... it will feed other crows as they are scavengers they will eat each other just like any other roadkill!!!!!!!!!!!!!
