Ask your doctor! The acetaminophen is probably okay, but I have no idea whether the sleeping ingredient is okay for pregnant women. When in doubt don't do it until your doctor says it's okay.

Well, being a man with no medical training, I think I can safely say that you can take twice the recommended dosage and be more than fine. The baby will absorb any excess medication and become the superhero Tylonol Man.

Technically speaking, you should be able to take Tylenol PM during pregnancy. If possible, it is always safest to go without any Prescription or RX medications. But both of the compounds in Tylenol PM have been tested with pregnant moms.
But ask yourself why do you need a sleep aid? Nighttime heartburn? Stress? Pain? Cold or flu?
Both Tylenol PM and Alka Seltzer are O.K. for use during pregnancy. They pose no risk to the fetus. You can also use Robitussin for couphs and Sudafed for stuffy nose. Drink plenty of fluids and stay well hydrated.
Be sure to mention your use to your doctor and especially when delivering. The tylenol can alter your bleeding during labor and the Anesthesiologist will need to know if you have a c-section or epidural.
