About me: 22 years experience in real estate & Associate Broker licensed since 1991. I've worked most every position in a real estate office, including office and sales management, bookkeeping, accounting and recruiting. The field I am currently working in is builder services (new construction and land development), although we also list & sell resale home, condos and land.

Formal training & education has been in real estate law, office management, land use planning, trust accounting, sales techniques, financing, ethics and most recently... home staging.

I also have taken additional training in bookkeeping, accounting and tax preparation; both to supplement my income when I first started in real estate and also for the financial management of several multi-million dollar real estate offices.

My parents passed away in 2006 & 2007 & as co-executor, have learned quite a bit about the will, probate & estate processes.
