I have a national real estate website performance business, coaching and marketing business with over 1500 real estate clients throughout the country. I also have bought and sold real estate as an investor (sometimes builder)for 26+ years and current own 17 properties throughout the country. Years ago I had a national mortgage business in 22 states. I base my answers on wearing allot of hats in my life and answer based on successes and learning from mistakes. Also, I look JUST like my avatar..people come up to me and say "has anyone told you that you look like a cartoon?"
