About me:
For most of his career, Kevin has written about, invested in or mentored entrepreneurs. He has also built and run his own business.
As a reporter, columnist and editor at the Wall Street Journal for nearly two decades, Kevin wrote two columns, helped cover two presidential administrations and launched two publications (including a small-business quarterly). For the last 4 years at the paper, he was National Small Business Editor, covering entrepreneurship, family business, franchising and other small-company issues. In that role, Kevin appeared each week on CNBC as the network’s commentator about small business.
He also advises and invests in small, growing companies – focusing on firms with a social mission – giving him another perspective on entrepreneurship.
