About me: I have worked for a very long time selling and financing investment real estate. I will probably offend some with my answers but here it doesn't cost you your pride. Maybe for some it will but get over it, your sensitivity is not a concern in the real world we must live in. If you had a decent real estate agent or lender you wouldn't need be asking most questions posted here to begin with. I might not be a eloquent writer but I know what I'm talking about and walk the walk. I will give advice that fits the askers question with no sugar coating. The market will always prove me right whether you like the answer or not. Politically correct means calling things what they really are, not like liberals that call things as they wish they were.
