20+ years in the transportation industry, maintenance of class 6,7,& 8 trucks, off road equipment, diesel engine building. I've personally built over 400 engines (mainly diesel) and worked with a variety of auto makers and engine manufacturers over the years. Some articles I had written were eventually included in service bullettins and diagnostic procedures for 6.9 Ford diesels.
I have a variety of experiences, I read and study a lot. I have 500 hours of education and am nearing completion of my "PhD" of real estate.
Presently I'm a successful real estate broker and small developer.
