About me: Spending a lot of time at home these days. I love learning and most of all learning what makes others "tick." I come here to learn, answer questions and build a network of friends with whom I can share knowledge, experience, and most of all fun and humor. I am not here to connect in any other manner than I have stated so far. I am happily married. I love collecting vintage items (clothing, shoes, art pottery) from the early to mid-1900s. I occasionally sell on Ebay.

Most of my answers have to do with credit and mortgage lending. As of late, I have been steering myself away somewhat and pondering other areas instead. It is my way of coping with the declining market conditions that exist in that area. Running away, perhaps.....however, if someone asks me a question directly via email or blog, I will be more than happy to answer or research and find the answer.
