I am a Staff Assistant and Consent to Transfer Clerk for 1st Source Bank in South Bend, Indiana. I used to be in retail banking, but now work as part of Branch Administration in operations. I control several aspects of each of 1st Source Corporation's 67 branches. My primary responsibility is anything having to do with deceased customers' estates, including matters of inheritance tax and attorney inquiries, as applies to Indiana Code 6-4.1 through 6-4.1-12-12. I also act as a liaison between the bank and the county assessor's office.
