I am a real estate investor who wants to give back to the community. I am running a forum to help first time homebuyers learn about the process of buying real estate from the viewpoint of professional real estate investors.
When I bought my first house I did exactly what my real estate agent recommended, but later I found that it wasn't always the best advice. Most agents have a very narrow view of how to buy and sell real estate, so I want to give homebuyers a chance to learn ideas outside the box that you find most agents in.
Hopefully, they will have a better experience and be more satisfied with the purchase of their first home than I did.
